Exchange / Return Policy

We’d be happy to exchange the product for you if it doesn’t fit or is damaged, provided the request is made within 5 days of receiving the parcel.

Size Issue or Damaged Products Only:

We accept exchanges only for products with size issues or if a damaged piece is received.

Return Process:

  • Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us.
  • Reverse pickups will not be arranged by us.
  • Please courier the product to our store address at your expense.

Damaged Products:

  • An unboxing video is mandatory to claim an exchange for damaged products.
  • Once the product is received and verified, a new product will be shipped within 5–7 working days, or a store credit will be generated.

Shipping Charges:

For exchanges, customers will bear the shipping charges for the exchanged product.
