Refunds

We can only refund your payment if the product is damaged on arrival and approved by AK Fashion Jewellery World.

• For Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking transactions, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method.
• Return Shipping :Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Cancellation & Exchange Policy

• Cancellations will not be accepted for prepaid orders.
• Once the product has been packed, cancellations will not be accepted.
• You may exchange the product for size or damaged issues as per our exchange policy.
